对MgO改性的PbCrO4基湿敏电阻进行了研究.X射线衍射分析表明,随着材料中MgO含量的增加,材料由疏水性PbCrO4结构向亲水性Pb2CrO5结构转变,从而使材料的湿度敏感性增强.另一方面,MgO含量的增加使得晶粒变小,增强了微孔的毛细作用,因此使得该系列湿敏电阻在低、中湿范围内感湿灵敏度增大
The MgO modified PbCrO4 based humidity resistance was studied. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that with the increase of MgO content in the material, the material changes from the hydrophobic PbCrO4 structure to the hydrophilic Pb2CrO5 structure, so that the humidity sensitivity of the material is enhanced. On the other hand, the increase of MgO content makes the crystal grains smaller and enhances the capillary effect of the micropores, thus increasing the sensitivity of the series of humidity sensitive sensitivities to humidity in the low and medium humidities
