采用小鼠皮下移植性肝癌模型观察抑瘤剂量的硒(2mg/kg.d)及毒性剂量的硒(4mg/kg.d)分别与绞股蓝总皂甙(3mg/kg.d)联合应用对小鼠及其肝癌生长的影响,结果表明:绞股蓝总皂甙(3mg/kg.d)对小鼠肝癌生长无明显抑制作用,但它能明显增强硒对小鼠肝癌生长的抑制且能拮抗毒性剂量的硒对小鼠的毒性作用,提示硒与绞股蓝具有联合应用价值。
The mouse model of subcutaneous hepatocellular carcinoma was used to observe the effects of selenium (2mg / kg.d) and toxic dose of selenium (4mg / kg.d) combined with gypenosides (3mg / kg.d) The results showed that gypenosides (3mg / kg.d) had no obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of mouse hepatocarcinoma, but it could significantly enhance the inhibition of selenium on the growth of mouse hepatocarcinoma and antagonize the toxic dose of selenium The toxic effect on mice, suggesting that selenium and gypenosides have joint value.
