老年教育如何从根本上改变由自发阶段依靠人治的状况进入自觉执行国家意志,依靠体制、机制、法制的力量而得到大发展的新阶段?本文认为必须采取对老年教育的治本之策,即,坚守党和国家对老年教育的政治承认;促进国务院和地方各级人民政府的行政承认;力争全国教育界对老年教育学学科建构的学术承认。 How can the aged education fundamentally change the state of relying on the rule of man by the spontaneous stage into the new stage of great development by consciously implementing the will of the state and relying on the strength of the system, mechanism and legal system? This paper argues that we must take a permanent cure for the aged education, that is, Adhere to the party and the state political recognition of the education of the elderly; to promote the State Council and local people’s governments at all levels of administrative recognition; and strive to educate the nation’s elders pedagogy of academic recognition.
