目的观察心平宁汤配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗低心率变异性冠心病的临床疗效。方法将100例低心率变异性冠心病患者随机分为两组。对照组常规治疗,治疗组使用平宁汤配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组间24h窦性R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、24h连续5min窦性R-R间期均值标准差(SDANN)、相邻窦性R-R间期差值均方根(RMSSD)、相邻窦性R-R间期差值超过50ms的百分比(PNN50)、极低频功率(VLF)、低频功率(LF)及高频功率(HF)均明显升高,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心平宁汤配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷可显著的改善低心率变异性冠心病患者的心率变异性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of xinpingning decoction combined with aconite acupoint sticking on low heart rate variability coronary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with low heart rate variability coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of conventional treatment, the treatment group using Ping Ning soup with Evodia spot application therapy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
