黑龙江省轻工业厅受轻工业部委托,于1983年7月5—9日对轻工业部甜菜糖业科学研究所承担研制的2TYZ—2型甜菜纸筒苗移栽机进行技术文件审查和鉴定。参加会议的有内蒙、吉林、山东、黑龙江的科研、教学、生产和有关厅、公司共26个单位的29名代表。与会代表听取了课题组的研制、试验报告,该机器性能测试考核组和技术文件图纸审查的报告。对该机器作业性能及移栽质量进行现场复审;经代表们审议,通过了上述报告并作了结论意见,同意该机初步定型并建议小批量生产。
Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Light Industry, commissioned by the Ministry of Light Industry, conducted a technical document review and appraisal of the 2TYZ-2 sugar beet seedling transplanting machine undertaken by the Ministry of Light Industry’s Beet Sugar Industry Research Institute from July 5 to July, Participants in the meeting were Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Shandong, Heilongjiang, scientific research, teaching, production and related departments, the company a total of 29 units of 29 representatives. Participants listened to the development of the research group, the test report, the machine performance testing and technical documents review group drawing of the report. On-site review of the operation performance and transplanting quality of the machine; after the delegates examined and adopted the above report and made concluding comments, they agreed with the preliminary setting of the machine and suggested the production in small batch.
