本文提出了以用户优化为下级决策,以设施选址优化为上级决策的网络选址两级决策模型,给出了树状网络下模型求解的基本定理及相应的算法,并从一个重要的反例出发,讨论了Braess佯谬与模型的联系。
In this paper, a two-level decision-making model of network location based on user optimization as subordinate decision-making and facility location optimization as upper-level decision-making is proposed. The basic theorem and corresponding algorithm for solving the model under tree network are given. From an important counter example In the beginning, the connection between Braess paradox and model is discussed.
