当前,随着QQ、微信等交流宣传平台的普及,高校图书馆的服务工作也面临着多种多样的挑战。鉴于微信用户群体日益庞大,微信公众号已经逐步成为各种政府部门、企事业单位进行政策普及、业务宣传的主要媒介,高校图书馆也应及时适应新形势,着力打造有序、高效的微信公众号来创新图书馆服务,提高服务水平。本文将从微信的主要特征及其优势入手,分析当前各大高校图书馆开展微信服务的现状和不足,并在此基础上提出对策建议,期望对我国高校图书馆的微信公众号的建立和运用起到良好的促进作用,从而实现创新高校图书馆服务模式的目标。
At present, with the popularization of communication platforms such as QQ, WeChat and so on, the service work of university libraries is also facing a variety of challenges. In view of the growing WeChat user base, WeChat public account has gradually become the main media for various government departments, enterprises and institutions to popularize policies and promote business. Academic libraries should also adapt to the new situation in an effort to create an orderly and efficient WeChat public Number to innovate library services and improve service levels. Based on the main features and advantages of WeChat, this article analyzes the current status and shortcomings of WeChat service in major university libraries, and based on this, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. We hope that the establishment and application of WeChat public account in Chinese university libraries Play a good role in promoting, so as to achieve the goal of innovation in service mode of college library.
