个体专业求助是指由于个体发展中遇到了挫折,而向专业咨询服务人员或咨询服务机构寻求帮助的行为,本文主要指心理求助和职业求助。个体的专业求助活动受到很多因素的影响,其中最重要的是个体的心理因素,而在心理因素中极其重要的当属求助者偏见。该文论述了求助者偏见与个体专业求助关系的研究现状,并介绍了国外及国内有关求助者偏见的常见理论模型。
Individual professional help refers to the development of individuals encountered setbacks, and to the professional consulting services or consulting services for help, this article mainly refers to psychological help and career help. Individual professional help activities are affected by many factors, the most important of which is the individual psychological factors, while the most important psychological factors are undoubtedly the seeker bias. This article discusses the current situation of the research on the relationship between solicitor prejudice and individual professional help, and introduces the common theoretical models about the bias of solicitors both in foreign countries and in China.
