根据柘溪水库库区成土母岩、森林植被类型 ,分析测定了库区内森林涵养水源和保持水土能力指标及其效益补偿值。结果为 :库区 1 1 6 839hm2 森林涵水能力为1 .88亿m3 ;森林调蓄率 36 % ;林地年产水量 3.41亿m3 ;库区森林固土能力 5 0 8.9万m3 。经采用多种方法计算比较 ,森林涵水、固土效益年补偿值不得低于 1 6 0 8万元。
According to the parent rocks and forest vegetation types in the reservoir area of Taixi Reservoir, the indexes of water conservation and conservation of soil and water conservation capacity and their compensation values for benefits in the reservoir area were analyzed and determined. The results are as follows: The water culvert capacity of 1 1 6 839hm2 in the reservoir area is 118.8 million m3; the storage rate of forest is 36%; the annual output of forest land is 341 million m3; After adopting a variety of methods to calculate and compare, the annual compensation value of forest culvert water and soil fixing benefit shall not be less than 16,800 yuan.
