In the ethnic minority areas of Guizhou, a group of poor women has emerged from the 1980s - going back and forth to urban and rural areas to do business “apparel”, and also working as a “back grub” and “trash” hard laboring women groups. There is no doubt that they are precious “human resources” in poverty-stricken areas and are the driving force behind anti-poverty, well-being and creating a harmonious society. Assessing their “behavior” using the values of “Gender” will help us to find one that is specific to the areas where there are significant differences in factors such as complexities, ecological environment, cultural environment, and resource background Targeted “help” approach to find suitable for the “special” of the region’s effective guidelines and policies.
