漏斗胸是小儿常见的胸部畸形,约占小儿胸壁畸形的90％以上。目前对其病因、施术年龄、手术方式及对心肺功能的影响等认识还不完全统一,作者参考有关文献,对该病治疗进展做一简要综述, 1 病因尚无定论 有人认为20％的漏斗胸病因与遗传有关,范铮报告12例中有1例其父有漏斗胸。而Brown氏认为漏斗胸是胸骨与横膈之间,的韧带短缩造成的。但贾和庚曾以切断此韧带治疗漏斗胸23例却丝毫未能矫正,即使是新生儿也是如此。
