采用高效液相色谱 (HPL C,带有二级管阵列检测器 )测定化妆品的杀菌剂三氯生。用 C1 8柱 ,以乙腈 -水 (6 0∶ 40 ) ,用冰醋酸调节 p H值 3.0为流动相 ,检测波长 2 80 nm,以保留时间及紫外光谱图作定性 ,以峰面积或峰高作定量。该方法准确度和精密度较高 ,各类化妆品加标平均回收率范围为 91.9%~ 98.8% ,相对标准偏差范围为 0 .72 %~ 2 .8%。
Triclosan, a fungicide for the determination of cosmetics using high performance liquid chromatography (HPL C with a diode array detector). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (60:40), pH = 3.0 was adjusted with glacial acetic acid. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The retention time and ultraviolet spectra were used as a standard to determine the peak area or peak height For quantitative. The method has high accuracy and precision. The average recoveries of all kinds of cosmetics ranged from 91.9% to 98.8% with relative standard deviations ranging from 0.72% to 2.8%.
