铅具有肾毒性虽已众所周知,但是否引起尿蛋白变化,报道不一致。Manuel等报告30名铅接触者中2/3有轻链尿蛋白增加。但Vacca等未发现铅中毒者尿β_2-微球蛋白分泌异常。Bernard等和Colle等也没有发现铅接触者和铅中毒猴的尿蛋白改变。本实验目的旨在观察慢性铅中毒及用络合剂处理后能否引起大鼠尿蛋白类型改变。
