概况提高汽轮机的经济性,充分利用能源、节约能源是汽轮机设计制造的重要努力方向。低压缸特别是低压缸末几级叶片是决定汽轮机性能、尺寸、汽缸数的重要因素,所以汽轮机设计制造事业重视发展和改进汽轮机低压缸的性能。本文叙述上海汽轮机厂生产的300MW汽轮机低压缸通流部分的改进设计,並对25MW汽轮机低压缸进行分析计算,其中末级和次末级采用三元流设计,改进了气动性能,减少了余速损失,提高了根部反动,不仅使低压缸效率有较大的提高,同时也扩大了机组对负荷变化的适应
