1锅炉主汽温度偏低问题鹤煤热电2×135 MW机组采用东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司生产的DG445/13.7-II1超高压中间再热自然循环汽包炉,采用单炉膛、四角切圆布置的直流式水平浓淡燃烧器及中间储仓式热风送粉系统,炉内假想切圆直径分别为φ509 mm和φ603mm(逆时针旋转),燃烧器设置3层共12只一次风喷口,每角燃烧器共布置有9层喷口,见图1。燃烧器上部布置OFA层二次风喷口,有利于煤粉的燃尽及降低NOx排放,其中AA层和BC层二次风喷口内布置有燃油装置,一次风和三次风喷口都布置有周界风。
