一、质量意识教育新方式的设计与应用质量管理工作推进的有效性和持续性与企业各层级人员的质量意识水平密切相关,而质量意识教育又是教育培训中的难点。具备自主性是质量管理工作推进的核心要求,开发与设计适合于各层级人员、各工作领域和不同质量要求的质量意识教育新方法,是每一位质量工作者的责任。以下就一些成熟且具有参照性的创新教育方法,做简要介绍。(一)签约式中、高层检验骨干选拔培养模式。
