千分尺测杆与尺架导孔之间间隙过大所产生的径向摆动,不但影响两测量面的平行性变化,也会给平面平行性的修复造成困难。百分表测杆的径向摆动将影响示值稳定性。消除径向摆动的方法虽然很多,但根据我们的实践,认为加焊薄铜套圈的方法较为优越。此法操作简便、工效高、便于多次修理、修理质量好、修后使用寿命长。图1是在千分尺尺架和冒分表下套筒上加焊套圈的情况。通常套圈尺寸可按下表所列的几种规格
