[目的]观察牵正散合桃红四物汤联合西药治疗周围性面瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按随机数字表随机分为两组。对照组43例皮质类固醇激素、地塞米松、泼尼松等西药常规治疗。治疗组43例中药及针灸治疗,牵正散合桃红四物汤(白附子10g,全蝎6g,僵蚕10g,桃仁、红花、地黄各12g,川芎10g,赤芍20g,当归10g,黄芪30g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚分2次温服。针灸选穴:攒竹、鱼腰、阳白、四白、颧髎、颊车、地苍、合谷、太阳、太冲,1次/d,6d/周,休息1d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率为95.35%。对照组显效18例,有效20例,无效5例,总有效率为88.37%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Continuous treatment of 15d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 30 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 95.35%. The control group markedly effective in 18 cases, effective in 20 cases, 5 cases, the total effective rate was 88.37%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of peripheral facial paralysis curative effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
