在社会建构主义理论的指导下,本文以问卷调查和访谈为主要研究方法,以我国西南地区三所地处边疆、不同民族生源较多的普通高校外语系青年教师为调查对象,试图调查以下三个问题:(1)青年教师对英语教与学的核心看法是什么?(2)随着实践经验的增加和各种因素的变化,教师的教学方法、方式发生了哪些变化?(3)造成这些变化的根源是什么?总的说来,研究表明,教师已有的信念在教师专业发展过程中有重要作用;英语教师的发展与改变具有动态性和相对性的特点;教师教学观念、思维方式以及课堂行为的变化等各种因素综合作用于教师教学方法、方式的变化过程。
Under the guidance of the social constructivism theory, this paper takes the questionnaire survey and the interviews as the main research methods. Taking the three young teachers in the foreign languages department of colleges and universities located in the frontier and different ethnic origins in southwest China as the targets, Questions: (1) What are the core views of young teachers on English teaching and learning? (2) With the increase of practical experience and the changes of various factors, what changes have taken place in the teaching methods and methods of teachers? (3) In general, the research shows that teachers ’beliefs have an important role in teacher professional development. The development and change of English teachers are dynamic and relatable.
