广内街道位于北京城区西南部,是宣武区八个街道之一,人口密度大,工业企业不多,且规模不大。面对下岗失业人员较多的情况,广内街道一直把再就业工作放在首位,把“4050”人员作为帮扶重点,多渠道开发就业岗位,努力搞好就业服务工作。全国再就业工作会议以后,加大了工作力度,努力做到领导到位、责任到位、政策到位和资金到位,取得了明显成效。四年中共帮助辖区内6100多名下岗失业人员实现了再就业,其中“4050”人员 Guangnei Street is located in the southwest of Beijing City, is one of the eight streets in Xuanwu District, with a dense population, few industrial enterprises and a small scale.
