42 cases of PSVT were transplanted emergency with APA regimen of low dose of ATP (A) and cardioversion (P). The curative effect of sequential therapy was A: 85.71%; AP: 95.24%; APA: 100%. APA is considered the ideal PSVT cardioversion program of medication.
