针对某汽车离合器活塞导柱零件压铸,分析了EN AC-48000铝合金的性能与特点,进行了工艺设计、数值模拟分析,完成了压铸试制,对铸件进行了品质、硬度、显微组织分析。结果表明,EN AC-48000铝合金可以应用于压铸零件成形。环形浇注系统更加适合圆形零件的压铸生产。采用慢压射速度为0.3m/s、快压射速度为3.6m/s、压射比压为80MPa等工艺参数,在不采用真空压铸的条件下生产的铸件,其外观以及内部品质均符合要求。
The performance and characteristics of EN AC-48000 aluminum alloy were analyzed for the die-casting of the clutch piston guide column parts of an automobile. The process design and numerical simulation analysis were completed. The die-casting trial production was completed and the quality, hardness and microstructure analysis of the castings were analyzed. The results show that, EN AC-48000 aluminum alloy can be used for forming die-casting parts. Ring pouring system is more suitable for the production of circular parts die-casting. The appearance and internal quality of the castings produced under the condition of not using vacuum die-casting are adopted with the process parameters of slow shot velocity of 0.3m / s, rapid shot velocity of 3.6m / s and pressure ratio of pressure of 80MPa, Claim.
