Medieval fair in line with the concept and characteristics of exhibition is a typical exhibition. As a market law that is an important part of medieval merchant law, it has made comprehensive provisions on the status, establishment and operation of bazaars. In order to protect the rights and interests of traders in bazaars, consular offices and consulates are set up and specialized courts are established to provide swift and informal litigation procedures. These medieval market law systems provide the following enlightenment for the conventions and exhibitions in our country today: (1) Legislation; (2) Prompt settlement of exhibition disputes; (3) Highlighting the important role of guilds; (4) Strengthening overseas exhibition and exhibition protection.
