长期以来,史学界在提到第一次全国劳动大会(以下简称“一劳大”)时,基本上是一带而过的,迄今还没见到专门论述这次大会历史地位的文章。我认为,这次“破天荒的劳动大会”①是中国职工运动史上的一个具有深远影响的重大事件,正确评价其历史地位,对于认识工人运动发展的历史过程及其规律,对于总结中国工人运动的历史经验,都是很有意义的。那么,“一劳大”在中国工人运动史上究竟处于何种地位呢?概括起来说就是:“一劳大”是中国工人运动由分散走向统一的起点。本文试从“一劳大”召开的历史背景、大会的主要内容以及大会对工人运动的影响等方面,对这次大会的历史地位做些粗浅的探讨。
For a long time, historians and scholars have basically taken the lead in referring to the first National Labor Conference (hereinafter referred to as “One-nation-one”) and so far they have not seen any articles devoted to the historical status of this convention. In my opinion, this “unprecedented labor conference” is a major event that has a far-reaching impact on the history of the Chinese worker’s movement and correctly evaluates its historical status. It is of great significance in understanding the historical process and its laws of the development of the worker’s movement, Historical experience, are of great significance. So, what is the status of “Big One” in the history of the Chinese workers ’movement? To put it in summary: “One size ff” is the starting point for the Chinese workers’ movement from decentralization to reunification. This paper tries to make some superficial discussions on the historical status of this conference in terms of the historical background of “One Big One”, the main contents of the conference, and the impact of the General Assembly on the workers’ movement.
