绞车运转时,主轴与轮毂摩擦力增大、磨损速度加快,配合间隙大大超过规定要求,造成制动闸盘偏摆,给绞车的安全可靠运行造成了隐患。通过修复,消除了设备存在的隐患,而且节省了大量的人力、物力。
