患者郭××,男,35岁,于1973年5月18日入院。主诉:左面部疼痛三年余。病史:于1970年春季感冒后发现左面部阵发性针刺样、烧灼样疼痛,秋后发作自停。次年春季症状复发秋后又停。近40天来发作频繁,数分钟一次,每次持续一分钟左右,吃饭、改水、嗽口均可诱发,曾服中西药及局部封闭无效,疼痛仅从左面下半部波及整个左面部及头部,疼痛剧烈难忍,不能工作及学习,故来院求治,既往曾患感冒,否认牙痛史。
