“十五”期间,是福建医疗保险制度全面建立的重要时期。在福建省委省政府的高度重视下,福建省医疗保险制度改革,从“九五”时期的试点探索阶段进入启动实施、全面推进、快速发展、稳健运行、不断完善的阶段。至2005年末,福建省医疗保险制度已经惠及333万人,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,为“十五”医疗保险制度改革划上了圆满的句号,为新世纪社会保障体系建设书写了浓墨重彩的篇章。
During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan”, it is an important period for the establishment of Fujian’s medical insurance system. Under the great attention of the provincial government of Fujian Province, the reform of the medical insurance system in Fujian Province has entered the stage of launching, implementing, promoting, developing rapidly, running steadily and continuously in the period of pilot exploration in the “Ninth Five-year Plan” period. By the end of 2005, the medical insurance system in Fujian Province had benefited 3.33 million people and made remarkable achievements, marking a perfect conclusion for the reform of the “10th Five-year” medical insurance system and writing a solid note for the social security system in the new century Chapter.
