在毒理学的文献中,经常有报道在各种中毒(包括某些金属、刺激性气体、溶剂及毒草等)时,可出现脑水肿的材料。但是有关有机磷农药中毒时出现脑水肿的文献,国内外报道很少。近年来国内对有机磷急性中毒併发脑水肿的临床表现,各地陆续有所报道,并且多数认为它是影响急性有机磷中毒预后的重要因素,如何早期防治脑水肿,是临床工作中值得注意的问题。为了更好地了解其规律,本文根据我们在防治工作实践中的点滴体会,结合复习近年来国内临床上有关的资料,谈谈对有机磷中毒出现脑水肿的一些认识,以期为进一步做好有机磷中毒的防治工作,提供参考。
