本文报道了用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用的方法测定我国药典收载的正品香薷之一华荠苧(Mosla chinensis)挥发油的9个成分,油中含百里香酚44％、对聚伞花素18.4％、香荆芥酚11％等,还发现油中含丹皮酚1％,并得出质谱图。
This paper reports on the determination of 9 components of the essential oil of Mosla chinensis collected in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-computer-based method. 44% of thymol contained in oil and cyanidin 18.4%, 11% of citronella, etc., also found that oil contained 1% of paeonol, and gave a mass spectrum.
