目的通过对开平市游泳场所水质监测资料分析,找出存在的问题及原因,为行政部门的卫生管理提供科学依据。方法对开平市内游泳场所卫生状况进行调查,并对其2009—2011年游泳池水质检测资料进行分析。结果 2009—2011年共检测游泳池水样430份,合格245份,合格率为56.98%;2009—2011年水质检测合格率依次为54.29、57.93、60.69%,不同年份间检测合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.86,P>0.05);儿童池与成人池水质检测合格率分别为50.76%、60.74%,经统计学检验,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.733,P>0.05);2009—2011年6、7、8、9月份水质检测合格率分别为70.48%、56.36%、49.09%、55.23%,经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.32,P<0.05)。各检测项目中,细菌总数、大肠菌群、尿素、游离性余氯等指标检测结果合格率偏低。结论开平市游泳场所卫生状况不容乐观,应加强游泳场所卫生管理工作及泳池水净化、消毒工作,进一步提高经营人员卫生责任意识,落实卫生管理制度。
Objective To analyze the water quality monitoring data of swimming places in Kaiping City to find out the existing problems and their causes and to provide a scientific basis for the health management of the administrative departments. Methods The health status of swimming pools in Kaiping City was investigated and the swimming pool water quality testing data from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed. Results A total of 430 samples of swimming pool water samples were collected from 2009 to 2011, with a pass rate of 56.98%. The passing rates of water quality samples from 2009 to 2011 were 54.29, 57.93 and 60.69% respectively. There was no significant difference in passing rate between different years (Χ2 = 0.86, P> 0.05). The passing rates of children’s pool and adult pool were 50.76% and 60.74% respectively. There was no significant difference between them (χ2 = 3.733, P> 0.05) The passing rates of water quality testing in June, July, August and September of 2011 were 70.48%, 56.36%, 49.09% and 55.23% respectively. The statistical tests showed that the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 10.32, P <0.05). In each test item, the total number of bacteria, coliform bacteria, urea, free chlorine and other indicators test results pass rate is low. Conclusions The hygiene condition of swimming pool in Kaiping City is not optimistic. Health management of swimming pool and purification and disinfection of swimming pool water should be strengthened to further raise awareness of hygiene responsibility of operators and to implement health management system.
