通过对《基础美术教育》的学习,进一步明白创新能力是人最重要和最有价值的一种能力,目前世界各国普遍重视创新能力的研究与培养。综观已有的创新能力及其培养的研究,人们做了大量的工作,但从教学设计·基础美术的角度去系统而深入地研究这个问题的并不多。我们知道,教学设计是基础美术教育理论的核心,也是从事具体学科教学工作的教师必须掌握的理论,因此,很有必要对基于创新能力培养的教学设计基础美术教育进行探索,其中包括:如何重新按照教育信息科学的观点去考察创新能力的形成过程,去界定创新能力;如何摆正创新能力培养在教学目标分类体系中所处的位置;创新能力培养的理论依据及其教学设计框架;如何构建一个支持创新能力培养的信息技术环境并设计学习内容和过程;最后是试验设计的有关问题。
