已有关于国家创新系统的研究主要用定性方法进行分析,定量分析更多关注系统的效率。以创新主体联结为切入点对创新系统的演进进行实证分析,并引入社会网络分析方法对工业21个行业1997年和2007年的联结密度、中心度指标进行测度与比较。研究发现,我国创新系统的内聚性和流动性都有所增强,技术引进和政府支持是创新系统的重要技术源和资金源,而科研机构在创新系统中发挥的作用相对有限。
The existing research on national innovation system mainly uses qualitative methods to analyze, and quantitative analysis focuses more on the efficiency of the system. Taking the connection of innovation subject as the starting point, this paper empirically analyzes the evolution of innovation system and introduces the social network analysis method to measure and compare the coupling density and center degree index of 21 industries in 1997 and 2007. The research shows that the cohesion and liquidity of our innovation system are enhanced. Technology introduction and government support are important technology sources and funding sources of innovation system. However, the role of research institutes in innovation system is relatively limited.
