作者从产业结构的变化，经济体制的转化及修建高速公路对国民经济的作用分析，得出结论：高速公路建设是云南经济和社会发展的必然产物。
Based on the analysis of the change of industrial structure, the transformation of economic system and the role of expressway in building the national economy, the author concludes that freeway construction is an inevitable outcome of Yunnan’s economic and social development.
