毛细胞白血病,在国内外均属少见类型白血病。到目前为止,国内外仅见到14例报告(包括内部交流资料),最近我院发现的一例,因应用氯霉素而诱发,现报告如下。患者,男,40岁。住院号77799。病史:面色苍白、乏力一年半,加重一个月入院。 Hairy cell leukemia, at home and abroad are rare types of leukemia.
