职业倦怠是当前心理学界普遍关注的一个问题,同时也是当今教育界较为突出和令人担忧的问题。越来越多的研究表明:人们心目中,永远燃烧自己、照亮别人,辛勤工作在教育第一线的人民教师成为职业倦怠的高发人群。这一问题已成为当今我国基础教育健康持续发展的无形障碍,找出解决广大教师职业倦怠的策略已迫在眉睫。本文试从分析教师职业倦怠及其表现入手,探讨缓解教师职业倦怠的策略和建议。
Job burnout is a common concern in the current psychology community, but also the more prominent and worrisome issue in education today. More and more researches show that in people’s minds, people who burn themselves forever and illuminate others and work hard at the forefront of education have become the high-risk groups of job burnout. This issue has become an intangible obstacle to the healthy and sustainable development of basic education in our country today. It is imminent to find a solution to the job burnout of teachers. This paper tries to analyze the teacher burnout and its performance to start with to explore strategies and suggestions to ease the burnout of teachers.
