通过溶液纺丝法制备了海藻酸盐/羧丁酰壳聚糖共混纤维,通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和光学显微镜对共混纤维进行表征.结果表明:共混体系中两种组分之间存在较强的相互作用,且有良好的相容性.当羧丁酰壳聚糖的含量为30%时,共混纤维的干态抗张强度达到最大值(14.32 cN/tex),共混纤维的湿态抗张强度随着羧丁酰壳聚糖含量的增加而降低.当羧丁酰壳聚糖的含量为30%时,纤维的干、湿态断裂伸长率分别达到最大值43.5%和69.3%.随着羧丁酰壳聚糖的引入,纤维的吸水率显著提高.将纳米银分散液加入纺丝液中可以得到抗菌性能优异的海藻酸盐复合纤维.
The alginate / carboxybutyryl chitosan blend fibers were prepared by solution spinning method, and the blends were characterized by FTIR, X-ray diffraction and optical microscope.The results showed that the blend of two components There was strong interaction between the fibers and good compatibility.When the content of carboxybutyl chitosan was 30%, the dry tensile strength of blended fibers reached the maximum (14.32 cN / tex) The wet tensile strength of the mixed fibers decreased with the increase of the content of carboxybutyl chitosan.When the content of carboxybutyl chitosan was 30%, the elongation at break of wet and dry fibers reached the maximum respectively 43.5% and 69.3%, respectively.With the introduction of Carboxybutyryl chitosan, the water absorption of the fiber increased significantly.When the dispersion of nano-silver was added to the spinning solution, the alginate conjugate fiber with excellent antibacterial property could be obtained.
