探讨一氧化氮 (NO)和一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)在矽肺发病中的作用和意义。 [方法 ]用生化比色法测定 98例各期矽肺患者血清NO和NOS浓度并与正常对照组比较。 [结果 ]矽肺患者血清NO和NOS高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且矽肺期数越高 ,血清NO和NOS浓度越高。矽肺Ⅰ Ⅲ期之间NO和NOS也有差别(P <0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]血清NO和NOS水平上升可能参与矽肺的形成和进展 ,测定NO和NOS的浓度对了解矽肺形成及进展有一定的意义。
To investigate the role and significance of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the pathogenesis of silicosis. [Method] The serum levels of NO and NOS in 98 cases of silicosis patients were determined by biochemical colorimetric method and compared with the normal control group. [Results] The serum NO and NOS in patients with silicosis were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The higher the silicosis stage, the higher the serum NO and NOS levels. There were also differences in NO and NOS between silicosis Ⅰ and Ⅲ (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The increase of serum NO and NOS level may be involved in the formation and progression of silicosis. The determination of NO and NOS concentration is of certain significance in understanding the formation and progression of silicosis.
