首先以3-硝基丙酸(3-NPA)10mg/kg腹腔注射,每日6次,每次间隔1.5h的染毒方式,在大鼠中复制出一个重复性较好的3-NPA尾-壳核损伤的动物模型。然后利用模型染毒方式研究了3-NPA中毒大鼠血脑屏障的改变情况。结果表明血脑屏障破坏属于继发性改变。
First, 3-nitropropionic acid (3-NPA) was injected intraperitoneally 10mg / kg intraperitoneally 6 times a day for 1.5h intervals to reproduce a 3PHP - An animal model of putamen injury. Then, the changes of the blood-brain barrier in 3-NPA-poisoned rats were studied by model exposure. The results show that the destruction of the blood-brain barrier belongs to the secondary change.
