通常,人们都认为“技术改造”只就企业设备、装备更新,或就工艺技术改善,或是基本建设投资等纯技术性工作,似乎与产品质量关系不大。因此,大多数企业在进行认证时,一般不将“技术改造”列人质量管理体系中,只将其作为一般性的技术工作进行管理和控制。但是,当产品出现质量问题,必须利用“技术改造”加以解决时,“技术改造”又不在体系控制范围之内,造成“技术改造”得不到控制,与产品质量管理相脱节。 “技术改造” 的管理和控制,在ISO90():2000标准中主要体现在三个方面:一是保证质量管理体系的重要资源;二是产品实现过程所必需的资源和设施;三是保证质
Often, it is thought that “technological transformation” seems to have little to do with the quality of the product, as it is with purely technical work such as the upgrading of business equipment, equipment, or technological improvements, or capital investment.
