Welding is the pressure vessel manufacturing process, the quality of the weld quality is directly related to the pressure vessel safety barrier, reliable. Many explosions have occurred because of poor welding quality and various defects in the weld seam. Since 1980, the State Administration of Labor promulgated the rules for the examination of boilers and pressure vessels welders, and the welding of pressure-bearing components was allowed to be qualified after passing the examinations. This improved the quality of welders and the standardization of welding quality management, and the welding quality was effectively control.
