目的观察胸腔注入尿激酶辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法在抗结核常规化疗的基础上,治疗组采用中心静脉导管置入胸腔持续引流胸水,待胸水减少时,将尿激酶注入胸膜腔;对照组仅采用中心静脉导管置入胸腔持续引流胸水,而未注射尿激酶。结果治疗组与对照组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在抗结核常规化疗的基础上于胸腔注入尿激酶,可明显辅助结核性胸膜炎的治疗,有效降低胸膜肥厚和粘连。
Objective To observe the efficacy of thoracic injection of urokinase in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods On the basis of anti-TB conventional chemotherapy, the treatment group was treated with central venous catheter into the chest for continuous drainage of pleural effusion. When pleural effusion was reduced, urokinase was injected into the pleural cavity. In the control group, the central venous catheter was inserted into the chest for continuous drainage of pleural fluid. Urokinase was not injected. Results There was significant difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The injection of urokinase into thoracic cavity on the basis of routine chemotherapy of anti-tuberculosis can obviously help the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy and effectively reduce pleural hypertrophy and adhesions.
