随着旅游业的迅猛发展,我国饭店业已经成为拉动消费、实现增长、扩大就业的重要因素之一,随之涉及饭店业的法律纠纷也日益增多,而规范饭店管理、解决饭店经营法律纠纷的法律法规的发展却明显滞后。本文在借鉴国际上饭店立法经验的基础上,结合我国饭店业立法及经营现状,论述了饭店立法的必要性,阐述了中国饭店立法的指导思想与调整对象、以及统一饭店法应当具备的主要内容。
