近年来,黑龙江邮政企业在转型发展中,积极响应省委、省政府关于黑龙江省文化产业发展的战略部署和建设边疆文化强省的号召,努力寻求依托地域特色文化资源、发挥邮政自身优势、适应地方经济和社会民生对文化消费需求的发展之路。以“建设龙江文化强省”为契机,以黑龙江特有的冰雪文化、黑土地文化、铁人文化、北大荒文化、北极文化等资源为依托,黑龙江邮政充分发挥自身的公共综合服务功能,探索企业转型与地方文化相融合的发展之路,促进了地方特色文化的发展,提升了邮政企业的服务能力和水平,提升了企业效益和社会形象。
