目的:建立安痛定注射液紫外分光光度法的定量分析。方法:采用CPA矩阵分光光度法测定氨基比林和安替比林,采用CPA矩阵法结合吸光度减技术测定巴比妥。结果:氨基比林,安替比林和巴比妥的平均回收率分别为100.0%,100.1%和100.4%,相对标准差分别为1.6%,1.3%和1.1%(n=6)。与地方标准方法比较,两者测定结果无显著差异。结论:本法可用于安痛定注射液中三组分的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis of Angongding injection UV spectrophotometry. Methods: Aminopyrine and antipyrine were determined by CPA matrix spectrophotometry. The barbiturates were determined by CPA matrix method combined with absorbance subtraction technique. RESULTS: The average recoveries of aminopyrine, antipyrine and barbital were 100.0%, 100.1% and 100.4%, respectively, with relative standard deviations of 1.6%, 1.3% and 1.1%, respectively (n = 6). Compared with the local standard method, there is no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion: This method can be used for the determination of three components in Antongding Injection.
