选用一组国产单抗,采用APAAP桥联免疫酶标组化染色技术,在对217例急性白血病进行免疫表型测定的基础上,就CD_(38)、HLA-DR和CD_93种非系限性单抗,在不同类型急性白血病中的表达及其临床应用价值进行了研究。结果表明,3种单抗具有系限表达的相对特异性。CD_(38)抗原主要在T-ALL中表达(75.9%),对区别T-ALL和非T-ALL有参考价值。HLA-DR和CD_9抗原具有B系表达的相对特异性,联合检测不仅可用于区分非T-ALL和T-ALL。而且对于非T-ALL和ANLL的鉴别有较高的参考价值。
A group of domestic monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) were selected and APAAP-linked immunosorbent assay (IHC) was used to determine the immunophenotype of 217 acute leukemias. Based on the immunophenotyping of CD_ (38), HLA-DR and CD_93 Monoclonal antibody, the expression in different types of acute leukemia and its clinical value were studied. The results showed that the three monoclonal antibodies have the relative specificity of the limited expression. The expression of CD_ (38) antigen was mainly expressed in T-ALL (75.9%), which is of reference value for differentiating T-ALL and non-T-ALL. HLA-DR and CD9 antigens have the relative specificity of B-line expression, and combined detection can be used not only to distinguish between non-T-ALL and T-ALL. And for non-T-ALL and ANLL identification has a higher reference value.
