目的:测定儿童头发中的微量元素,以探讨身长与发育的关系。方法:发样用中性洗涤剂洗净后再水洗,待干燥后取0.3—0.5g湿入灰化,以火焰或无火焰原子吸收光谱法进行测定。结果:头发中元素的年龄变化,随着年龄而增长,女子发Fe及Mn浓度有降低的趋势,Zn浓度有增高的倾向,男子仅发Fe有轻度降低的倾向,表一中还列举了各体质指标与元素间的相关系数。所有资料都是一个人为一个侧定值,原则是持定年度的8—11月的测定值只有少数是其他年度相同月份的测定值。其结果,元素浓度与年龄有相关。
