目前,厌学现象成为了高等职业院校教育领域一个无法回避的问题。本文以高职管理类专业学生作为研究对象,描述高职类管理专业学生厌学情绪和行为现状,分析具体原因,提出要扭转学生厌学情绪蔓延的不利局面,高职院校必须正确认清自己在高等职业教育体系中的位置,并以此来调整办学思想和培养模式,提高学校的教育教学水平,建立与之相适应的师资队伍,从双师型教师培养、优化教学设备、严格把关教材、校外顶岗实习、注重学习过程五个角度探索高职人才培养模式的改革。
