作为国家财政收入的重要组成,管理非税收入相对税收收入而言存在一定的滞后性,建立社会主义市场经济已经成为市场改革的方向,非税收入的管理需要规范化,虽然在提高政府服务管理水平的背景下,行政事业单位非税收收缴管理机制不断完善,但是其中存在的弊端与漏洞依然不能忽视,因此本文从行政事业单位非税收入收缴管理的现状出发,对其中的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策,以期对提高我国行政事业管理水平有所帮助。
