本文对１９９４年美国《ＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＳｃｉｅｎｃｅＡｂｓｔｒａｃｔｓ》和中国《情报科学文摘》的文摘正文及辅助索引两部分从收录范围、内容编排、报道重点、文摘量、时差、文摘字数、参照系统、索引种类与检索途径、索引深度、类型等方面加以比较，针对差异得出了有关结论，并分析了产生差异的学科背景等原因，以期对《情报科学文摘》的重新刊行有所借鉴
In this paper, the author summarizes the main content of the abstract and the auxiliary index of 1994 “Information Science Abstracts” and China’s “Information Science Abstracts” from the following aspects: coverage scope, content arrangement, coverage focus, abstracts, time difference, number of abstracts, reference system, Index depth, type and other aspects to be compared, the conclusions drawn for the differences, and analysis of the differences in the disciplinary background and other reasons, with a view to the “Information Science Digest” re-publication of reference
