找们设计制作了一种简化的直接和微带线耦合的谐振型Josephson隧道结.低温实验的结果表明它具有良好的耦合性能.运用20mW以下的微波功率能使单结输出最大结电压达到9mV左右.耦合效率达到3%左右.而且具有输出稳定,抗干扰能力强的优点.这种器件适用于我国建立Josephson电压基准的工作.
We have designed a simplified resonant Josephson tunnel junctions with direct and microstrip coupling.The results of low temperature experiments show that it has a good coupling performance.Under the microwave power below 20mW can make the single junction output maximum junction voltage up to 9mV About 3. Coupling efficiency of about 3%. And has the advantages of stable output, anti-interference ability. This device is suitable for our country to establish Josephson voltage reference work.
